Frequently Asked Questions
If you select local pick-up for your on-line order, we will contact you by e-mail, typically within one to two business days, to let you know your order is ready. Once you have received this e-mail, you may drop in Monday through Thursday, 8:00am-1:30pm to our facility at 42 Industrial Park Road in Saco. We can also schedule pick-up by appointment if necessary. Please call 207-423-3692 to do so.
First, sign into your account on our website. If you haven't joined yet, you will need to create and account.
Once you're signed in, open the drop-down menu by your name and select "My Rewards." This will show you how many points you have earned. If you have at least 100 points, you may redeem them for a $10 coupon by clicking the "Get Coupon" button.
You will be given the option to receive a code for Loyalty or wait for another time. By choosing "Get Code," a pop-up box will display a code for you to copy and apply at check-out to receive $10 off your order.
You may only use one code per order, so be sure to check often and use your points as they accumulate.
All of the Reny's Department Store locations state-wide and a good number of the Hannaford Supermarkets in Southern Maine carry our Needhams. There are also a large number of smaller grocery stores, specialty markets and gift shops throughout Maine where you can find them. Check out the list of some known locations on our Reviews & Distributors page. This list is changing regularly as we add more locations, so be sure to check back from time to time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a complete list of locations because we work primarily with wholesale distributors and don't always know where their accounts are.
Please note that not all locations carry all of our flavors. If you're having trouble finding exactly what you want, our on-line shop is the best place for our complete selection.

While we can't guarantee the condition of your Needhams upon arrival, we do take extra care when shipping to warm locations by wrapping your order with insultated foil-lined bubble sheets and adding ice packs.
Whenever possible, we recommend someone being available to receive your Needham order as soon as it arrives so it won't be sitting in warm conditions for any longer than necessary.
